Greetings,
The words thank you do not begin to express my gratitude for making a small family reunion such a special event this past Saturday.
We had fourteen family members and very close friends join together at your restaurant this past Saturday at 11:30 a.m. This was a special, heartfelt occasion for many reasons…one being my sister, Rose, was in Ohio from San Diego for the first time in more than three years. The other was for her to see everyone following the September loss of our beloved Ohio cousin who died in San Diego with Rose by her side.
And as anyone who was there knows – we ALSO had two birthdays to celebrate, including my aunt’s 85th!
Everyone complimented the restaurant, the food, the service. The young woman who took such good and personal care of all of us is a treasure.
I’ve been to Eddie’s many times over the years and since I work right up the street, I’m there occasionally for lunch.
Good people. you outdid yourselves!

Dear Mark,
On August 23, my family and I enjoyed a bridal shower at your restaurant.
I have never worked with a more accommodating staff. You made sure every detail was taken care of and that everything would be in place for that day.
The event could not have been more perfect. The room looked amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The two women who served were always filling the beverage glasses and made sure everyone had everything they needed. They should be commended.
I received many complements about the shower and made sure my guests knew the majority of praise belongs to your establishment.
I will surely recommend Creekside to all my friends and family.

Wanted to tell you what a great job you did at the event we had at our house on Saturday! All my guests raved about the food and the excellent service provided by the staff. The rumaki, lobster pesto pizza and the pasta bar were real favorites!! Special thanks to John for doing the pasta bar for me and all the extras he provided (Cajun spice, parsley with lemon zest, fresh basil, etc…) Vickie so many guests commented on what a great job you did and how helpful you were.

Dear Mark,
My husband’s 80th Birthday celebration was an elegant and memorable event. Everything was first-rate!
My son and I appreciate the fact that you went the extra mile to fulfill our requests for stuffed cabbage and a cherry cake.
We received numerous complements on the food, (Heidi’s cake got rave reviews) the service and the beautiful setting of the Brecskville Room.

Sorry we are so late with this but time got away from us!
We wanted to say "Thank You" for the wonderful catered items you delivered on Christmas Eve. We ordered the Lemon Chicken, Roast Beef with gravy, grilled vegetables, tortilla rolls, a nut roll and the really delicious pastry tray (I think I named everything!).
Everything was really good and my family loved it all. It was delivered timely, and the gengleman that delivered brought everything in and gave great directions in addition to the written ones. Not only was the food delicious but really plentiful and fresh. The only thing I did do was make Emeril's lemon butter sauce to go with the chicken as my family loves sauces! I only made a few sides and appitizers so this was really a stress free Christmas Eve for me!
Thank you agin for the great food and service. I have sung praises to everyone I know!

Dear Manager:
I was introduced to your restaurant this past December while attending a Christmas party. There were about 15 in the party and we had a wonderful time. The waitress was fantastic! She not only had our party but other tables yet her attentiveness was superb-hats off to Merideth!
The food selection was very good from appetizers, entrees and desserts. I hope to come back again and try some of the other selections on your menu. So good job to your entire staff from the hostess who escorted us to our table, the kitchen staff who gave us plenty of time to eat each course and to all of the serving staff who help each other serve all the guests. Good Job!!!
